If you are a British citizen and already a real estate owner in Greece you are eligible to apply for a 5-year residence permit which allows you:

- to provide members of your family (spouse and children) with the same rights
- to renew the permit for another 5 years

Requirement 1
You can prove you resided in Greece before the end of the transition period (ex. you had obtained a residence permit, you had purchased a real estate property)
Requirement 2
You can prove you continue to reside in Greece after the end of the transition period
Requirement 3
You can prove you dispose of enough resources for you and your family to reside in Greece
Requirement 4
You have a health insurance policy that covers you and your family in Greece
