Non-EU citizens can apply for a Greek Golden Visa
If you are citizen of a non-EU country then you can apply for a Greek Golden Visa which allows you to:

- to travel freely in all Schengen countries without any minimum stay requirement in Greece

- to extend those rights to members of your family, including parents of both spouses

Requirement
You possess in Greece, either directly or through a legal entity in which you have the majority of shares, a real estate property with a value of at least € 250,000
or
- You lease for at least 10 year an accommodation at a resort or a touristic housing compound for which the total amount due is at least € 250,000
or
You put at least € 400,000 in a term deposit account in a Greek bank with a duration of at least one year
or
You invest at least € 400,000 in government bonds which end at the earliest three years after the purchase
or
You invest at least € 400.000 in the capital of an SA company
Golden visa programs allow nationals of non-EU countries to become residents in a country of the EU Schengen area by buying real estate property or making a large investment or donation.
